Awarding bodies play an important part in the quality process for Crown Training Academy as they scrutinise our administration procedures, training delivery, standards and resources to ensure we comply with the rigorous standards set by each awarding body.

The Training & Quality Department are responsible for the day to day delivery of our courses and work hard to ensure the rigorous standards are not only maintained but excelled. The department works closely with awarding bodies and participates regularly in inspections and visits. As a result of this process, we can assure our customers that when we deliver training, it is not only of the highest quality, but it has also been rigorously assessed to meet the standards of not just one awarding body, but eleven.
