Course Introduction

This 2 Hour course is designed for a refresher or to provide staff/employees with first aid awareness. Ideal for health care professionals.
This course can also be added with other courses in our range e.g. AED & Administration of Medical Gases to form an all round training solution.

Course Aim

The aim of this course is to provide students with the training to perform basic life
support on adults.

Course Objectives

By the end of this course, students will be able to:

• State the cause of Unconsciousness
• Perform the Recovery Position on an Unconsciousness adult
• Perform Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Perform required choking procedures for an adult
