Welcome to our Food Safety and HACCP section.
Everyone who prepares or serves food in any setting, has the responsibility to ensure that the food is safe for consumption.
The Food Safety Act 1990 and EU Regulations place the responsibility on employers to ensure that staff receive the appropriate training according to their role.
We offer a range of exciting qualifications to cater for different settings including catering, retail and manufacturing. We also have a range of courses to cover the roles of those who prepare food, those who serve food, those who are supervisors and those who are trainers and managers.
We are accredited by Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance (HABC) and the Royal Society for Promotion of Health (RSPH). |
