Course Outline
The aim of this course is to introduce students with the knowledge and skills to deal with bereavement and loss.
This 1/2 day course is ideal for all sectors e.g. Retail, Education, NHS, Emergency Services, Care etc
Coping with loss effects people in different ways. Our course allows students to learn to cope with bereavement in a healthy manner and also allow them to advise and support bereaved client’s relatives.

- Loss and Bereavement- Personal Reflection
- Understanding Bereavement and Grief
- Factors effecting Bereavement
- Debriefing and Support Systems
Assessment
Students will be assessed with a 30 question multiple choice paper.
