The aim of this course is to introduce students with the knowledge and skills to write an effective care plan.
This 1 day course is designed for those who have the responsibilities for the care planning of clients. Effective Care Planning is vital to the delivery of needs based person centred care provision.
The course provides students with the knowledge and skills to be able to write an effective care plan.

Students will be assessed with a 30 question multiple choice paper.
