Course Introduction
Everyone has the right to be treated equally. To successfully appreciate people’s rights, underpinning knowledge is required to appreciate our diversity society’s and uphold the principles of equality and diversity. This 1 day course examines these issues and provides students with the knowledge to act as an effective member of staff in the health & social care sector.

Course Aim
The aim of this course is to introduce students with the underpinning knowledge to uphold the equality, diversity and rights of each service user in the health, social and childcare sector.
