Level 2 Introduction to Key Working
Course Outline
The aim of this course is to introduce students with the knowledge and skills to undertake the role of key worker.
Key working with a service user is a rewarding role, however it requires an appreciation of the role and responsibilities and what is expected to effectively be a key worker. This 6 hour course has been designed to do this.

- Report writing
- Confidentiality
- Writing service user objectives
- The needs of a service user
- Open Forum
Assessment
Students will be assessed with a 30 question multiple choice paper.
