Level 2 Menu Planning
Course Outline
The aim of this course is to introduce students with the knowledge and skills to prepare a menu.
This 3 hour course is designed for those who have the responsibilities for the menu planning in the workplace. The course provides opportunities to examine and discuss the various methods around menu planning, inputting variety but still considering the essential nutritional considerations. This course is designed to follow on from our Level 2 Nutrition and Special Diets course.

Assessment
Students will be assessed with a 30 question multiple choice paper.
