The aim of this course is to introduce students with the knowledge to appreciate the their role within the health & social care sector.

The role of the Care worker is evolving and has changed in recent years. Care is a rapidly growing industry and provides care workers with a diverse and rewarding working environment. This 1 day course is designed to provide care workers with clear direction on their role in the care industry. This can also be tailored to a specific employer/company’s needs.
