Crown Medical Training is a rapidly expanding company. We are due to open our second training centre in Swansea in May 2008.
As a result we require additional staff to support the company through its new contracts and ventures.
Positions Available:
Business Development Manager
Salary: £24,000 per annum
A brand new opportunity has arisen for a proactive manager with experience in business development, sales and marketing to work within Crown Medical Training.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is able to demonstrate a creative and innovative approach. You will be responsible for identifying and developing marketing and income generating opportunities for us including conferencing, events & training. You will also have a strong desire to deliver exceptional service standards and develop partnerships with internal and external customers.
The role will require a manager who is a strong team player but can also work well on their own initiative. A good level of IT competency is also required.
This is a great chance to be involved in the strategic focus of the company whilst also sourcing and developing ongoing opportunities.
You will also have additional responsibilities for coordinated staff development and dealing with Human Resources on behalf of the Chief Executive.
If accepted for this position, you will also become a Member of the Crown Executive Board. You will be responsible for advising and supporting the board for the company’s development.
A Management qualification is essential with experience in human resources is also essential.
Finance Assistant
Salary: £12,000
We require a Finance Assistant to deal with the company’s invoicing, purchasing & staff wages.
Experience is essential. Knowledge of SAGE TAS Books would be an Advantage.
Marketing Officer
(Part Time, 2 Days a Week)
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
With our continuous growth, we need an additional marketing officer to support our marketing team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is able to demonstrate a creative and innovative approach. You will be responsible for identifying and developing marketing and income generating opportunities for the company.
Experience is essential in this field. You must be a strong team player and willing to work in a busy and vibrant department.
Cleaner
(£6.00 Per Hour)
We seek a Cleaner for 12 hours a week to ensure our training rooms are clean & presentable for our students.
